الشروط والأحكام

يُدار هذا المتجر من قبل Almasah Al Fadiah House Furniture & Wooden Doors IND، المنطقة الصناعية 11، شارع 26، خلف أدنوك، مستودع 3، الشارقة، الإمارات. باستخدامك للموقع أو الشراء منه فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

  1. المنتجات: جميع منتجاتنا تُصنّع حسب الطلب. الصور توضيحية وقد يختلف اللون الظاهر على الشاشة عن العينة الفعلية، ويُعتمد اللون والمقاس معك قبل التصنيع.
  2. الأسعار: الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وقبل ضريبة القيمة المضافة 5% ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك، وتشمل التركيب حسب المذكور في صفحة كل منتج.
  3. الدفع: الطلبات عبر الموقع تُدفع عند الطلب بالبطاقة أو بالتقسيط عن طريق تمارا حسب الأهلية. المشاريع الخاصة حسب الطلب: 50% عند التأكيد، 40% بعد 5 أيام، و10% بعد التركيب.
  4. زيارة القياس والتصميم: 350 درهم عند الحاجة، وتُخصم من قيمة الطلب عند التنفيذ.
  5. المقاسات: إذا أخذ فريقنا المقاسات نتحمّل مسؤولية دقتها. إذا قدّمها العميل أو غيّرها بعد اعتماد الطلب يتحمّل العميل المسؤولية والتكلفة.
  6. مدة التصنيع والتوصيل: حسب المذكور في صفحة كل منتج، ونؤكد الموعد معك قبل التسليم.
  7. الاسترجاع والكفالة: حسب سياسة الاسترجاع وصفحة المنتج، والاسترجاع لعيوب التصنيع فقط.
  8. يحق لنا تصحيح أي خطأ في الأسعار أو الوصف، وإلغاء الطلب مع إعادة المبلغ كاملاً إذا تعذّر التنفيذ.
  9. يُمنع نسخ محتوى الموقع أو صوره بدون إذن خطي.
  10. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Terms of Service

This store is operated by Almasah Al Fadiah House Furniture & Wooden Doors IND, Industrial Area 11, Street 26, behind ADNOC, Warehouse 3, Sharjah, UAE. By using this website or buying from it, you agree to these terms.

  1. Products: all products are made to order. Images are illustrative and on-screen colours may differ from the actual sample; colour and size are confirmed with you before production.
  2. Prices: in UAE dirhams, excluding 5% VAT unless stated, and include installation as stated on each product page.
  3. Payment: website orders are paid at checkout by card, or in instalments with Tamara subject to eligibility. Custom projects: 50% on confirmation, 40% after 5 days, 10% after installation.
  4. Measurement & design visit: AED 350 when needed, deducted from the order value on execution.
  5. Measurements: if our team takes the measurements, we are responsible for their accuracy. If the customer provides or changes them after the order is approved, the customer bears the responsibility and cost.
  6. Production and delivery times: as stated on each product page; we confirm the date with you before delivery.
  7. Returns and warranty: as per our refund policy and product page; returns for manufacturing defects only.
  8. We may correct any error in prices or descriptions, and cancel an order with a full refund if it cannot be fulfilled.
  9. Copying the website's content or images without written permission is not allowed.
  10. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
